By registering, you have the opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey, exchange information and create friendships with others affected by dementia, reduce feelings of isolation, and more.
Please Note: To attend in person, you must provide your Vax Pass. If you choose to attend virtually, a vax pass is not required.
