January Learning Series
The Learning Series is made up of four courses that are progressive in nature. Each course builds upon the other to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of dementia, brain health, coping strategies, resources and support systems.
January is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, and the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County is inviting you to a four-part Learning Series to gain insight and knowledge about Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.
The courses are facilitated by the Public Education Coordinator of the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County and will be delivered in a virtual format. The Learning Series is designed for persons living with dementia, care partners, and other interested individuals.
The four courses that make up the Learning Series are:
- Dementia 101 – January 9, 2023, from 1:30-2:30PM
The Learning Series will also offer an opportunity to share and connect with others.
Together we can work to provide “Help for today. Hope for tomorrow…®”
