Our first session will start Thursday, April 7th at 10:00 am. The program will run once a week for 8 weeks and will occur over a web-based platform Zoom. This is a great environment to establish new friendships with others who are living with similar experiences. Combining physical, mental, and social stimulation improves brain health and may slow the disease progression.
