Following the hugely successful launch of the 2024 World Alzheimer Report: Attitudes to dementia, our panel of experts with be delving into the key findings from ADI’s Attitudes to Dementia Survey and asking what society can do to challenge stigma globally.

This year, the World Alzheimer Report revealed that 65% of health and care professionals incorrectly believe that dementia is a normal part of ageing—a figure that has risen from 62% in 2019, highlighting the urgent need to address dementia stigma in health and care systems.
