The event unveiled the latest insights into critical topics such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease, featuring esteemed researchers Dr. Joshua Armstrong (Alzheimer Society of Canada), Dr. Siyaram Pandey and Dr. Jerome Cohen (both from the University of Windsor) and Doctoral Candidate Research Assistant (University of Windsor) Keanna Dube
Dr. Joshua Armstrong presented findings from his Second Landmark Study Report, offering insights into "The Many Faces of Dementia in Canada." This presentation shed light on the multifaceted nature of dementia and its impact on Canadian society.
Dr. Siyaram Pandey shared preclinical research coordinated with Dr. Jerry Cohen and aimed at halting the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. Their presentation delved into innovative approaches in combating this debilitating condition, offering hope for patients and care partners alike.
