2. Support Programs for Caregivers
Mark National Caregiver Day with a donation to support programs at AS York for local caregivers. You can make your gift in honour of a caregiver and we will notify them of your gift with a card.
YOU CAN DONATE HERE
When you make a gift to mark National Caregiver Day, the team at the Alzheimer Society of York Region can send a card to a caregiver in your life.
You have the option to send a message by email or via the mail. You can write a personal note to the caregiver or use the preset message below. And we can include information about programs if you wish.
Imagine receiving this note just in time for National Caregiver Day. Its a simple act of kindness that reminds a caregiver they are not alone.
And they will know that your gift in their honour is helping families impacted by dementia receive the supports they need!
The heart never forgets an act of kindness
