First Steps for Care Partners - Virtual

First Steps for Care Partners Virtual Education Series is divided into 4 sessions. Session 1: What is Dementia?, Session 2: Adapting to Brain Changes, Session 3: Planning Ahead, Session 4, Building a Circle of Support and runs every Thursday afternoon from 1:00-3:00pm, October 28 – November 18, 2021

First Steps for Care Partners education series helps patients and caregivers navigate through the Alzheimer's/dementia journey.

All sessions run from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm Thursday afternoons.

All sessions will be facilitated using a live video conferencing platform called Zoom. Zoom can be accessed for video and audio conference meetings using your phone, tablet, or computer. For security reasons, only pre-registered participants are permitted. Zoom Meeting ID & password will be provided upon confirmation of registration.
