Minds in Motion is for people living with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partners. The program is running virtually and is funded by Catherine Booth and Michael Kirk, family and friends of Tarik and Feroze Mohammed and Alzheimer Society of Ontario.

Minds in Motion is an ongoing program, with each session lasting five weeks. Sessions are a hour long and include a half a hour of cognitive stimulation and a half a hour of gentle exercise. Sessions take place multiple times throughout October 2020 to February 2021. Click here for a flyer for the upcoming sessions.
