2026 Awareness Month Movies

Every year we choose two movies featuring characters whose lives are touched by dementia. This year's movies are "Headful of Honey" and "The Leisure Seeker". Join us in Goderich on January 29 & February 5.

The Memory and Aging Program is a four-week program that discusses what memory is, how it changes with age, and when to be concerned. Brain healthy lifestyle choices and and practical memory strategies are reviewed and practiced.
