First Link Learning Series: Next Steps for Families. Topics include what is dementia, memory loss, coping strategies, medications, treatments, research, planning for the future, and community resources and support.

Supporting someone living with dementia can be both deeply meaningful and emotionally challenging. Our Roots of Resilience: Group Therapy program offers a supportive space to share, learn, and practice skills for those caring for a family member or friend living with dementia.

O'Leary Caregiver Support Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6:00-7:30pm.

Montague Caregiver Support Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 12:30-2:00pm.

Charlottetown Support Group for persons living with early stage dementia. The group will meet from 1-2pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.

Summerside Caregiver Support Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 2:00-3:30pm, and the 1st Monday of the month from 3-4pm.

Charlottetown Caregiver Support Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1:00-2:00pm, and the 4th Tuesday of the month from 5:30-6:30pm.
