Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), for caregivers of people living with dementia, is an approach that has been shown to be effective for managing stress. This online program is by AS York and Sinai Health, Cyril & Dorothy, Joel & Jill Reitman Centre for Alzheimer's Support and Training.

Walk for Alzheimer's - virtual event
The IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer's is again virtual this year. People are encouraged to register and walk 17,000 steps - one step for each York Region resident living with dementia.
