Community Week

Community Week is a week-long series of events held in communities across the province that provides the opportunity to learn about resources for people with dementia and their caregivers.

Throughout the week, our staff will be present in communities across the province connecting with people living with dementia and their care partners, sharing information and resources, and strengthening awareness and support for the dementia journey.
