Sole Mates Walking Group
The Sole Mates walking group will meet each Friday for outdoor walks in the community. Walking has so many benefits for our physical health but it is also good for our mental health, especially when we walk together!
Our last gathering for Sole Mates will take place Friday, September 27, 2024. Afterwards, registration will be closed until the start of the 2025 season. Please stay tuned for updates.
Register online or call our office at 905-687-3914.
