Grief Support Program
We’ve developed a new grief support program for continued support after a person with dementia has died.
Register by calling the Dementia Helpline at 1-800-611-6345
Caring for someone with dementia is a unique experience, often with ambiguous feelings of loss that may impact the grieving process after their death.
This program will have a two-hour group session every week for six weeks, offering both support and grief education with a dementia focus.
While participants will still be grieving at the end of the program, they will leave with insight and tools to better support them throughout their journey.
Eligibility
The program is open to anyone who has personally supported a person with dementia who has passed away and is feeling challenges navigating their grief.
