Connections Hub is offered free of charge, but pre-registration is required. To register please contact us at 1-800-611-6345.

Connections Hub is a social group for people living with dementia. The program provides a safe, friendly space where participants can connect, converse, and share experiences.

Participants must be living with dementia and an interest in engaging with peers through social connections.

Previous participation in Shaping the Journey and Coffee and Conversation programs is recommended.
