Dementia-Specific Support
- Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay - Programs include First Link®, Public Education, Minds in Motion, and resources.
- North West Dementia Working Group - Collaborative network supporting dementia care across Northwestern Ontario.
- Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) - Offers Dementia Café, Dementia Gardens, educational resources, and caregiver support.
