Minds in Motion is for people living with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partners. The program is running virtually and is funded by Catherine Booth and Michael Kirk, family and friends of Tarik and Feroze Mohammed and Alzheimer Society of Ontario.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), for caregivers of people living with dementia, is an approach that has been shown to be effective for managing stress. This online program is by AS York and Sinai Health, Cyril & Dorothy, Joel & Jill Reitman Centre for Alzheimer's Support and Training.
