What you need to know if you are sending something to us.

The ongoing labour action at Canada Post may affect some of our services. Here’s how you might be impacted:

Clients

  • Information kits with paper copies of our resources won’t be mailed during this time. Those already in transit will be delayed. However, all resources are available online and by email. Please reach out at 1-866-950-5465 or help@alzheimer.ab.ca if you need them.

Donors

  • Donations sent via mail will be delayed in reaching us. In-person and online donations will not be impacted. Secure online donations can be made here.
  • Hard copy tax receipts will also be delayed. For an emailed receipt, please contact us at 1-866-950-5465 or help@alzheimer.ab.ca.
  • We’ll resume mailouts once the strike ends. If you’d like a digital acknowledgment instead, please reach out to us at 1-866-950-5465 or help@alzheimer.ab.ca.
