For Alzheimer's Awareness month 2025, we are raising awareness on how to reduce your risk of dementia. One of our top tips in Dementia Risk Reduction is exercise, and there's no better time than January to get started.
Take advantage of these free upcoming Minds in Motion exercise sessions - available both in person and virtually in the during Alzheimer's Awareness Month and year-round!
