Climb for Alzheimer’s
Nearly two in every three people in B.C. are affected by dementia. While there’s no cure yet, together we can make sure no one has to face this disease alone. On September 24, British Columbians braved 2,830 steps up the Grouse Grind® to show up for and fundraise for people living with Alzheimer’s disease on what can be an uphill journey.
Registration for the 2023 Climb is now open! Register or learn more here.
Thank you to our community of courage
Thank you to everyone who hiked 2,830 steps of courage for the 11th anniversary of the Climb for Alzheimer’s! The event was a major success with over 250 people registered and ready to climb for a dementia-friendly B.C.
Courage and generosity such as yours helps to show people affected by dementia that they are not alone. Funds raised at the Climb will help the Alzheimer Society of B.C. provide vital programs and services for people affected by dementia.
There's still time to show up and fundraise for people living with dementia on what can be an uphill journey. Donations are open until October 31: www.climbforalzheimers.ca
