As COVID-19 continues to evolve here in B.C. and around the world, it's our priority to make sure anyone affected by dementia feels connected and supported. Learn about the programs and resources available, share your experience, and hear stories from people affected by dementia during COVID-19.
First Link® Dementia Helpline
The First Link® Dementia Helpline provides people living with dementia, their caregivers, health-care providers and the general public with information and guidance on dementia and memory loss.
We have extended the hours of our Helpline, which are now open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. to provide evening service in English. Our Mandarin, Cantonese and Punjabi support will continue to be available between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call us:

Dementia education
Weekly webinars
We have increased the frequency of our dementia education webinars, offering them weekly instead of monthly. The webinars are free to access and provide an opportunity each week to learn and have your questions answered by our specialist staff. View and subscribe to our upcoming webinars here.

Virtual support groups
We offer virtual support groups for care partners and people living with early symptoms of dementia across the province. Learn, laugh and help others through mutual understanding. Click here to learn more.
