Mission Statement:

A Community of Support
At the Alzheimer Society, we create and foster a community of support that people can connect with to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, and meet other people who are experiencing similar situations. Because, community changes everything for people affected by dementia and their care partners.
