Saskatoon First Link_^® Coordinator

We are currently recruiting two ambitious and result-oriented individuals to work as a full-time First Link® Coordinators based in Saskatoon, serving the former Saskatoon Regional Health Authority.

First Link Coordinators (FLCs) are responsible for supporting people living with dementia and their family caregivers in Saskatoon and rural areas as per the former Saskatoon Regional Health Authority. The FLCs facilitate education programs, provide information, support, and referral to Society programs and services, and connect clients to community programs and services throughout the progression of the disease.
