Managing the modifiable risk factors of dementia through our lifestyle choices are proven to improve health outcomes and delay the onset of diseases such as dementia.

This presentation is intended to support you in learning ways to reduce your risks of dementia through your actions and lifestyle—because through our actions 40% of dementias can be prevented.

We hope that you come away from this presentation with the ability to identify changes you can make in your daily life, understand you can decrease your risk of dementia while improving your health, and know that the Alzheimer Society is here to support you.
